Stephanie + Jesse | Herndon Engagement session

Nothing but smiles and sass from these two and we wouldn't have it any other way.  We spent our session between downtown Herndon and Lake Anne just a short drive away. Herndon has a quaint yet familiar vibe to it. There are many little corners to discover and we had a really great time connecting with Steph and Jesse. Our next stop was Lake Anne, an area that they both spent time at when they were younger. Our final stop was Starbucks where they both worked together before becoming an engaged couple. Couldn't have asked for a better session. We topped the evening off with dinner and drinks at Not Your Average Joe's.

Cant wait for their wedding day!!

Libby & Brian | Meadowlark Botanical Gardens

The weather forecast was nothing short of ominous but Libby and Brian were only in town for a day so we forged ahead. We are so glad we did, it was a blast chatting and laughing with them all while laying in puddles and huddling under umbrellas when the rain picked up. At the end we were rewarded with a lovely break in the rain and a bit of sun peeking out.

Lesley + Mike | Old Town Alexandria

We met Lesley and Mike a few years ago at Nina & Anthony's wedding. Mike was a groomsmen and Lesley a guest but we remembered them well and were thrilled when they asked us to photograph their wedding. Of course, before that we did an engagement session in Old Town Alexandria and continued our theme of that week of love, laughs and fun.

Jeff & Adrienne

Feel good couples are our favorite! Jeff + Adrienne are just that, plus they like good burgers, enjoy dancing, traveling, exercising and having a good time. What more can you ask for? We were fortunate enough to shoot at a new location, Roosevelt Island, and it was like having the place to ourselves. This was the location where Jeff proposed so it was only fitting to revisit it.
