Time travel professionals
Rain really isn't ideal for an engagement session, but we are always up for the challenge! Fortunately for Brandon and Terri it was just a little drizzle and we were able to make the best of a gloomy day. For the record Brandon and I (Lionel) went to the same high school so being able to photograph another Cadet was a huge honor!
The weather forecast was nothing short of ominous but Libby and Brian were only in town for a day so we forged ahead. We are so glad we did, it was a blast chatting and laughing with them all while laying in puddles and huddling under umbrellas when the rain picked up. At the end we were rewarded with a lovely break in the rain and a bit of sun peeking out.

Despite the hour+ drive due to the treacherous rain, we had a wonderful time hanging out with Marisa and Josh. As we were pulling into Quiet Waters Park, it was still pouring cats n dogs but within minutes of getting out of the car the sun broke through while it was still raining. We were hoping it would last a bit longer in hopes of getting more sunshining-while-raining shots but we definitely nailed a few before it cleared up.
