Just a few days before their wedding, Kristiaan and I spent the early part of a Monday morning hanging out with Suzanne and Andrew. While it was a short shoot we did spend quite some time eating and chatting at breakfast at Malmaison afterwards. Couldn't have asked for a better way to start the day or a more fun time getting to know these two better.
Lacey + Ryan | Woodholme Country Club
A perfect day, tender touches and family. Lacey and Ryan's wedding was one for the books. From the moment we arrived, Lacey and her girls, which comprised of her mom, grandmother, sisters and best friends were in great spirits which set the mood for the day. Ryan and his guys were happy and relaxed - like most grooms/groomsmen. The weather couldn't have been any better and the day was stress free all around. Partly in thanks to the staff at Woodholme and all the planning efforts and direction of Sharon and Lorin of Celebrations. As the day progressed it became more obvious how much love and affection was shared between Lacey & Ryan and their families.
Aside from the beautiful connections between family and friends the decor and reception were simply stunning. The all white themed reception hall, white flowers and candle lit tables were just a treat for us to photograph. The music was performed by Rhythm6 Band and their performance elevated the party to another level. It was definitely a reception that kept us on our toes with huge smiles and plenty of laughs.
Congrats to Lacey & Ryan! We wish you guys the best.

Lindsay + Travis | The Barn at Serra Valley Farm
Time and time again, after images are delivered and we've spent time talking to and hanging with our clients, it feels as if we've gained new best friends. This was definitely the case with Lindsay and Travis. These two are just so much fun and full of love and amazing energy. From the silly faces, to best friends, to huge hugs to Zelda themed wedding rings (Triforce logo) Lindsay and Travis's wedding exceeded our expectations. Of course it was an added bonus that we photographed Lindsay's little sisters wedding a few years ago, so it really felt like family.
Lindsay & Travis (and family) we send you our love, well wishes and hope to see you all again soon!

Luz & Lance | Maternity
Early Saturday morning we got together with Luz and Lance who we've seen from engagement, to wedding and now to maternity. Its always a pleasure to hang out with these two as their love is palpable. Very soon they will be bringing a beautiful baby boy into this world and we look forward to meeting baby Mateo.
Enjoy a few of our favorites from the day.

Libby & Brian | Meadowlark Botanical Gardens
The weather forecast was nothing short of ominous but Libby and Brian were only in town for a day so we forged ahead. We are so glad we did, it was a blast chatting and laughing with them all while laying in puddles and huddling under umbrellas when the rain picked up. At the end we were rewarded with a lovely break in the rain and a bit of sun peeking out.
Absolutely loved shooting at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens.
Looking forward to their upcoming November wedding!
