Karen & Brian | Fairmont Hotel Wedding

Real and intimate moments are what we love photograph at weddings. In fact, its the most important thing to us as it allows us to tell a story. Being creative and coming up with meaningful portraits for our couples ranks also high on the list. Fortunately for us, Karen & Brian were on the same page as us. We met Karen and Brian through mutual friends and former client Katharine whose wedding we photographed in 2014. 

Karen & Brian wisely chose The Fairmont Hotel DC as their venue which made for a perfect, single location to have their wedding. We couldn't have asked for anything more from this day which was brilliantly planned by Blair from Soco Events with Karen & Brian's vision in mind.

Diva & Deepan | Deerfield Golf Club Wedding

What a super fun wedding with an absolutely insane night of dancing!

Diva and Deepan had their wedding in Newark, De at the Deerfield Golf Club. While it was a rather large number of guests it managed to be very intimate wedding with many meaningful moments. The day was highlighted by non-stop positive high energy, fun and a lot of love. We dont get Indian weddings as often as we'd like to but sure hope that changes soon!

Jennifer & Patrick | Nixon Farms Michigan Wedding

We met these two at Patrick's sister's wedding back in 2015 and instantly had a crush on them. They weren't engaged at the time, nor do they live in DC but we told them we want to photograph their wedding. Fortunately for us, once they were engaged they reached out to make it official. This was our second time in Michigan and spending 4 days with them felt just like being with family.

On the wedding day, we had the opportunity to travel to a few different locations within the Ann Arbor area. They both got ready and had their first look at Weber's Ann Arbor Hotel and we did a few photos at the park nearby. We then headed to the church where Patrick grew up for the ceremony in Hudson. The reception was the beautiful Nixon Farm where we stopped along the way in a turnip field (yellow flowers) for a few fun portraits. The rest of the evening was spent with fun loving family and friends and some crazy dancing. We've provided a bit of photographic evidence below.  Enjoy!
