We are so happy that they were referred to us by our good friends Maggie and Dorian. Cant wait for their wedding but for the time being you can enjoy a sneak peek into their stylish and fun DC engagement session!
Ben reached out to us a few months before his surpise proposal. We had several emails and phone calls to make sure everything was perfect. A few days before, the weather called for rain and he almost called it off. We're really glad he didnt as the overcast day ended up working out perfectly and we dodged any hint of rain.
His proposal was so sweet and as I (Lionel) was photographing it I found myself needing to hold back tears. Katherines reaction was just so precious! We then spent the next 45 minutes just walking around Waters Orchard and picking apples.
Couldnt have asked for a better surprise proposal!
Our original plan with Aly and Ale was to do some tango + engagement session pics down at Freedom Plaza but instead there was a festival that interrupted those plans. We decided to walk around the Reagan Building at Federal Triangle and have some fun with them. Nothing but natural, sweet and fun moments with these two! We're really looking forward to their upcoming wedding next week!
After our walk through of their venue we decided on a mini engagement session before we headed to dinner. James and Dana are naturals, sweet and loving and oh so easy to photograph. Looking forward to their upcoming wedding! Here are just a few of our favorites!
