Tamara + Anthony | Fathom Gallery, DC

I met Tamara and Anthony through a good friend and we instantly hit it off during our first call. Their small and intimate wedding had all the ingredients of a perfect wedding and in many ways felt close to the heart like ours. One very cool fact is that Tamara designed her dress and it was made by TingBridal in Georgetown.

On the rare occasion Kristiaan and I will shoot wedding separately, but its actually really hard because we miss the other so much :) For Tamara and Anthony's wedding it was photographed by Lionel.

The FATHOM GALLERY, was the most unique and beautiful setting. Since neither of us are traditional in any way, we felt this venue was the perfect space for our wedding.

It is modern, sophisticated and romantic.

From it's surrounding landscape one could never guess what awaits them once you walk up the stairs. I'm so glad we found this location and we were able to have our wedding at Fathom Gallery. The staff was fantastic. And it was a pleasure working with Timur and Emily. Thank you for helping us bring it all together.

TING BRIDAL, I was so lucky to find Ting , she was such a joy to work with. Most designers I tried collaborating with told me the vision I had for my dress was complicated however together Ting and I were able to create the dress of my dreams.

It definitely relaxed me and ensured we got our couple shots done ahead of time. I was very relaxed coming down the aisle and because I'd already seen Ivan, I was able to take in the joy of the moment and make eye contact with so many of our guests. I'll never forget that feeling. I'm also glad we got to take the group shot with all the guests! Once inside, everything went just as planned. When we sat down with you at our initial meeting, we emphasized how important it was for us to enjoy our wedding and have fun with our guests...we did just that! WE HAD A BLAST! We loved that you both joined the party and so many of our guests are still talking about how amazing you are and how they want to work with you in the future! It really did feel like we had two old friends photographing such a special day of our lives!"

eileen + brian | longview gallery

at the beginning of the year we signed up to be part of the great bridal scavenger hunt created by taylor and hov. it was a hit, from the kick-off, to the actual scavenger hunt to the wedding. eileen and brian are just the cutest couple ever! their special day couldnt have been any more perfect. the weather cooperated, they had an amazing set of family and friends and all the vendors involved were at the top of their game. it was hard to choose a favorite part of the day but its a close tie for first between their touching ceremony and the dancing antics that occurred during the reception. one of my favorite things about eileen and brian is not just how great they are together but also how great they are to everyone they meet. looking forward their happiness and our new friends! vendor details:
