Lesley + Mike | Easton, Md Wedding

Feels good, feels right! When looking at these images we just love the story of happiness that is evident in the faces and energy of their day.

We met Lesley & Michael a few years ago at Nina & Anthony's wedding. We hit it off back then and were excited when they got in touch with us to shoot their wedding. There were some nerves in the air that weekend about the tropical storm but we managed to dodge the showers during portraits. Still the mood was not dampened by the weather and all their family and friends were in great spirits. At every turn someone was laughing, smiling, crying, goofing off, embracing or celebrating. It didnt stop until the last person left the dance floor.

Shannon & Soupar | National Harbor wedding

It was amazing to be a part of this beautiful and emotion filled wedding day.  Shannon and Soup are warm, generous, and open-hearted.  This clearly originates from the love and support of their families and then branches out through them to their fantastic group of friends.  Shannon, who was surrounded by a true sisterhood of beautiful women, could not keep her eyes dry all day.  Even her (incredible) hair and makeup team were longtime friends and danced the night away with them at the reception.  And by the way, Ruby Devine does the most unique updo's we've ever seen (see collage below).  Soup and his guys also share the closeness of brothers and could all keep up with Soup's crazy-fun energy.  By the way, our grooms have been killin' it this year with their style.  We love Soup's custom suit!  2016 grooms, start taking notes!

These two have done a beautiful job raising their son, Jayden, who was proud to walk his mom down the aisle .  These three are blessed with a beautiful life and we look forward to watching them continue to share their lovely hearts with the lives they encounter... including some very cute doggies. :)

Julie + Alex | National Aquarium Wedding

We've been excited about Julie & Alex's wedding for quite some time. Especially since they are Denver natives, and like us had to have their original wedding date pushed back almost a year.  Also, who wouldn't be excited about a Baltimore Aquarium wedding? To be fair, their ceremony was in a church but the festivities and portraits happened at the Aquarium - still amazing!

Their day was full of beautiful and fun moments despite the impending tropical storm Billy which fully soaked, Kristiaan, myself and the wedding planners as we attempted to eat dinner. Still we persevered, had a great time interacting with everyone and made some lovely images in the process.

Enjoy a few highlights of the day below.

Lindsay + Travis | The Barn at Serra Valley Farm

Time and time again, after images are delivered and we've spent time talking to and hanging with our clients, it feels as if we've gained new best friends. This was definitely the case with Lindsay and Travis. These two are just so much fun and full of love and amazing energy. From the silly faces, to best friends, to huge hugs to Zelda themed wedding rings (Triforce logo) Lindsay and Travis's wedding exceeded our expectations.  Of course it was an added bonus that we photographed Lindsay's little sisters wedding a few years ago, so it really felt like family.

Lindsay & Travis (and family) we send you our love, well wishes and hope to see you all again soon!
