Ben + Katherine | Proposal
Ben reached out to us a few months before his surpise proposal. We had several emails and phone calls to make sure everything was perfect. A few days before, the weather called for rain and he almost called it off. We're really glad he didnt as the overcast day ended up working out perfectly and we dodged any hint of rain.
His proposal was so sweet and as I (Lionel) was photographing it I found myself needing to hold back tears. Katherines reaction was just so precious! We then spent the next 45 minutes just walking around Waters Orchard and picking apples.
Couldnt have asked for a better surprise proposal!

We love what we do, because of reasons like Bruce and Colbys wedding. We couldnt have scripted a better day for them and found ourselves loving each and every moment throughout their day.
Brooke & Tom & Clara
We enjoy our yearly family shoots with Brooke and Tom. They have been long time clients of ours and we are always happy to spend time with them. We're equally delighted to see Clara's growth each year. This time, we were ambitious and did a sunrise session at the National Zoo. While it was a bit chilly at first we were able to avoid the crowds and it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
