We love what we do, because of reasons like Bruce and Colbys wedding. We couldnt have scripted a better day for them and found ourselves loving each and every moment throughout their day.
Aly & Ale | DC engagement
Our original plan with Aly and Ale was to do some tango + engagement session pics down at Freedom Plaza but instead there was a festival that interrupted those plans. We decided to walk around the Reagan Building at Federal Triangle and have some fun with them. Nothing but natural, sweet and fun moments with these two! We're really looking forward to their upcoming wedding next week!
Lauren + Scott | Elkridge Furnace Inn Wedding
We had a really great time photographing Lauren and Scotts wedding at Elkridge Furnace Inn. We had our wonderful assistant, and good friend Leah join us to help document their day. You'll see some of her images below! Lauren and Scott had that warm-feel-good feel to their wedding. Laurens parents were big huggers and made the effort to speak to and laugh with everyone at the wedding. All, and I emphasize, ALL of their guests made a notable appearance on the dance floor and danced their hearts away.

Ben + Justin | Thorpewood Wedding
We are so happy that our wonderful friend and florist Lisa Sommer of Petals and Promises recommended Ben and Justin to us. Thorpewood is one of our favorite wedding venue and we cannot say enough amazing things about how great Julie and staff are! Ben and Justin had an intimate and beautiful wedding with all their closest family and friends with perfect weather and some very touching moments.
Nicky + Philip | Ceresville Mansion
Another perfect summer day, two weeks in a row at Ceresville Mansion, for Nicky and Philips wedding. This one felt like family as we photographed Philips sister in 2012 and their close family friends, Fevia and Derek, earlier this summer. It was a simple, easy day with lots of laughs and love. Both Nicky and Philip's fathers left an impression on me because of their involvement and expressive happiness they showed throughout the day. It was real, heartfelt and tons of fun!
